MOULD DEVELOPMENT

After we get initial input from you, we extract information to evaluate the feasibility of every design element. We have distributed our mold design processes in stages to make each and every process of development to work in coordination with the other. The process unfolds as follows:

  • Injection molded part 3D prototype validation

After we have our designing team look through your 2D designs and develop a 3D part, we will need your validation, whether or not the prototype design is to your liking.

  • Inceptive mold design confirmation

Before we start development of mould, we will expect a confirmation on the initial design of your mold(changes in parting line, gate points, Engravings, Ejector points, etc). This is to confirm that we can proceed with the mould development without any changes.

  • Injection mold mock-up design development

After we receive your design approval, we will have our expert designers look through it. They will determine the feasibility of your design, and whether there needs to be modifications made or can proceed with the same.

3D PROTOTYPE PRINTING

For those looking forward to develop and test new product ideas, 3D prototyping allows you to have a quick and real glimpse at your newly developed product. Rapid 3D prototyping service is available at your request.

Advantages of 3D Printing Prototyping Services
  • Reduced Turnaround Times

3D Printing and prototyping have greatly reduced the turnaround times for designing complex parts, something that used to take a long time in the past.

  • Improved Product Quality and Production Pace

This has not only improved the quality of the end product but has increased the pace of production significantly to the point that 3D printing service companies are now flexible enough to create complex designs at a moment’s notice.

METAL STAMPING

At RRE, we also offer metal stamping, a manufacturing process in which coils or flat sheets of material get formed into specific shapes through compression and shearing. Stamping encompasses multiple forming techniques such as blanking, punching, embossing, and progressive die stamping.

  • Quality Standards for Inserts

We introduced metal stamping in 2016 to maintain the quality standards of inserts used in injection moulding to offer superior quality of insert molded plastic parts to our customers.
